EROS MIX: buffet metà refrigerati e metà caldi. Struttura in legno laminato e cupola fi ssa. Portapiatti ribaltabili di serie. Vasche profonde di serie 18 cm con rubinetti di scarico separati. Refrigerazione statica gas R404a regolata da termostato digitale e griglia espositiva di serie. Parte riscaldata a bagnomaria con termostato meccanico (+30°/+90°) e spia di funzionamento. Lampada al neon e 2 ruote con freno di serie. EROS BM/PLC: combinazione di un buffet bagnomaria 3GN1/1 e un distributore piatti a livello costante riscaldato. EROS ROLL TOP: dotato di 2 scaldavivande a bagnomaria indipendenti 1GN1/1 incassati con cupola inox a scomparsa a 180° e arresto a 90°. Con 2 vaschette GN1/9 porta-posate.

Lampara neón y 2 redas con freno de serie. EROS BM/PLC: buffet baño maria 3GN1/1 combinado con un distribuidor de platos calentado a nivel constante. EROS ROLL TOP: equipados con 2 calientaplatos 1GN1/1 encajados en el mueble con tapa en acero inox escamoteable hasta 180° y parada a 90°. 2 Cubas 1/9 porta-cubiertos incluidas.

Die statische Kühlung der Wanne mit Gas R404a wird durch einen digitalen Thermostat geregelt, inklusive Edelstahlgitter. Bain-Marie wird mit einem Heizelement beheizt. Temperatursteuerung durch einen mechanischen Thermostat (+30°/+90°) mit Leuchtanzeige. Neonlampe und 2 Rollen mit Bremse. EROS BM/PLC: Bain- marie Buffetwagen mit einem beheizten Tellerspender. EROS ROLL TOP: mit 2 eingebauten Chafi ng-dish 1 GN1/1 mit einem runden Edelstahldeckel. Diese sind 180° versenkbar und haben einen Anschlag bei 90°. 2 GN-Behälter für Bestek.
